Seeing as I’m back on the wagon, I figure I should post this…
The Hacker’s Diet is a very neat online book that quite seriously takes a hacker (in it’s original, as opposed to corrupted, sense) approach to dieting and fat loss. Having done some health and exercise science education in the past, I can say that the theory behind this is pretty good, if not 100 per cent up to date. The exercise program is straight out of 1994 (when this was published), so isn’t quite what I’d be doing if I were you; there are better alternatives.
If like me, you struggle metabolically, it’s well worth the read. I’ve permanently added this one to my bookmarks.
